materials licenses and amendments as needed.

radioactive materials license.
- Airflow measurements as required for use of radioactive

and imaging equipment and evaluation of the results of
these programs.
- Act as a consultant to the radiation safety committee.
- Review of film badge exposures.
- Leak testing and inventory of sealed sources.
- Review of all nuclear medicine record keeping forms to
insure compliance with regulatory agencies.
- Provide guidance with required "postings" and
supply signs as needed.
- Evaluation of dose calibration geometry linearity and
constancy data.
- Determination of dose calibrator accuracy.
- Determination of chi square, energy resolution, and
xounting efficiency for each uptake probe or well counter
- Review of policy and procedure manuals.
- Review training program and confirm that it meets
regulatory requirements.
- Provide survey meter replacement during annual
calibration.
- Provide a comprehensive audit report.
